With a diverse background spanning in-house, consultancy, and agency settings, my work encompasses a wide range from rapid usability testing, supporting swift iteration and improvement of designs, to conducting foundational research that provides a deep understanding of users. My core strengths lie in in-depth interviews, usability testing, and diary studies, and I am always eager to explore the most effective methodologies for any study.

Currently serving as a Qualitative UX Researcher at AnswerLab, I am dedicated to elevating user experience by influencing long-term business and product decisions, fostering foundational understanding, and supporting teams in understanding their users.
